Ordering & Payments
Placing an order is simple:
Browse our categories and find the product you wish to purchase.
Click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to "Checkout".
Enter your shipping and billing information, select your preferred payment method, and complete the order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped or the software license has not yet been issued.

Shipping & Delivery (Laptops, PCs, Accessories)
We currently ship to all major cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may also offer shipping to other GCC countries, including the UAE. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.
Within Saudi Arabia: Typically 2-5 business days.
Other GCC Countries: Typically 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer support team within 24 hours. If you discover damage after opening the package, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Digital Products (Microsoft & Adobe Software)
All digital software licenses and product keys are delivered electronically via email. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your license key and instructions for downloading and activating the software.
Digital licenses are typically processed and emailed to you within 1-3 hours of your payment being confirmed. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
Yes. As an authorized IT solutions provider, we only sell 100% genuine and official software licenses from Microsoft, Adobe, and other leading brands.

Returns & Warranty

Physical Products (Laptops, PCs, Accessories): You can return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
Digital Products (Software): Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses and product keys are non-refundable once they have been delivered to your email. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product for your needs.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
All hardware products, such as laptops and PCs, come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service and support are provided directly by the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty information included with the product.
