Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, NABCO IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of any products from this Site. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any and all claims related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
