Due to the different nature of our products, our policy distinguishes between physical goods (hardware, accessories) and digital goods (software licenses).
Section 1: Physical Goods (Laptops, PCs, IT Accessories)
This section applies to all physical items sold on our website.
Return Window You may request a return for a physical product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals, and warranty information must be included.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (your order number or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
- Custom-configured PCs or special-order items.
- Consumable items (e.g., printer ink, toner) if the packaging has been opened.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: Contact our customer support team at returns@nabcoit.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Product: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Section 2: Digital Goods (Microsoft, Adobe & Other Software Licenses)
This section applies to all software licenses and digital product keys sold on our website.
General Policy Due to their nature, all sales of digital products are final. Once a software license or product key has been delivered to your email, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Why are digital products non-refundable? Once a digital key is revealed to a customer, we can no longer guarantee its security, and it cannot be resold. We are unable to deactivate the key.
Before You Buy: We strongly advise you to:
- Confirm that the software is compatible with your system.
- Read the product description carefully to ensure it meets your needs.
- Double-check your order for accuracy before completing the purchase.
Exceptions (at our sole discretion): A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- If a purchased license key is proven to be invalid or defective, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- If you accidentally purchase the same product twice in separate orders.
Section 3: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective (dead on arrival), or not the item you ordered, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
- Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A direct replacement of the same item.
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Section 4: The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Deductions: Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
